Hair extensions -- picture...?

I have short hair, I want extensions - like in the myspace-kind of styles (shaggy at the top and then looong extensions attatched to the lower part of the scalp..

huh.... well you should definitely get extensions just as long as you are prepared to take care of them. i also went to Sally's beauty supply store to get mine and they were wonderful. get the real human hair and you can dye them, cut them, do basically whatever you want to them as you would with your normal hair. i have bleached mine and colored them and they still feel nice, not that "fake" feeling like some others i have felt. i did go with the glue in ones, and they never once hurt my hair or my head. taking them out was a little more difficult, b/c the glue is very strong, but if you are planning on having someone else do them, it should be a breeze. i enjoyed mine but be careful when washing them, they can come loose VERY easily and they will fall out, so if you do glue them, make sure that you can spend the extra time having someone wash your hair for you and then touch up the glue after wards. i hope you enjoy them, i know i have!

I get my hair extensions from Sallys Beauty Supply Store. The clip in kind because that is the only kind that won't ruin your hair. If you want colored synthetic extensions you can buy them online or find them in some kiosks at the mall

extensions can be cut and styled any way you want. they can be a pain to take care of and can cost a lot for good ones. and if you are adding considerable length they can give you a headache if you get the sewen in kind, which last the longest.
