Hair extensions.please help?

I've got real hair extensions if I were to wear them twice a week/saturday and sunday. How often should i wash them?

...What shampoo/conditionder should i use. Ifyou have hair extensions what do you use?

i wear mine an average of 4 times/week (i've got human hair clips...i'm assuming that's what you have too)...

i wash them once a week, NEVER wring them out or twist while you're washing...i use shampoo and conditioner for dry/damaged hair and i always use a leave-in conditioner (i prefer a spray) as soon as i'm done washing them. i let them air dry overnight and then blow dry them in the morning if they're still damp- but you can blow dry them right away if you want to. never, ever brush them while wet (you'll pull out clumps), and be very careful when washing them. once they get wet, they get pretty fragile. i usually fill my sink with water and swish them around in there with soap on them...and then i use cool water to rinse the soap out (it makes them shinier that way, too). my best friend's mom is a hairstylist and these are the things she told me to do. so, good luck! they are so fun, i love how they transform my look in a matter of minutes!

wash them just as you do your regualr hair just to keep them clean, however youdont need to wash them everyday.
